2017年5月31日，中国企业家高尔夫球队启动了一项精准扶贫类公益项目“小鸟计划”。“小鸟计划”采取中国企业家高尔夫球队队员与被帮扶对象结对子的方式，为贫困家庭的孩子提供教育支持，帮助其完成学业。按规定，每个贫困学生接受一位企业家的帮助，而企业家们可以资助1~2个贫困学生。
