In 2017, TOSEE Global engaged Professor Peng Kaiping, Dean of the School of Social Sciences at Tsinghua University and founder of Positive Psychology in China, to lead an 18-month study on the cognitive traits of Chinese entrepreneurs.
The research team conducted in-depth interviews with more than 30 leading business figures, including Liu Chuanzhi, Founder of Lenovo Group; Wang Yusuo, Founder and Chairman of ENN Group; Ma Weihua, Former President of China Merchants Bank; Wang Wenjing, Chairman and CEO of Yonyou (UFIDA); and Deng Feng, Founding Managing Director of Northern Light Venture Capital (NLVC).
The study identified the cognitive patterns and development pathways of exceptional leaders, forming the intellectual foundation of TOSEE’s proprietary learning methodology. Its core framework, the “Six Spirals of Cognition,” is now applied throughout all TOSEE Global programs.
