Ms. Xia Hua graduated from China University of Political Science and Law, and served as a faculty member after graduation. Ms. Xia founded EVE Group in 1994.
Ms. Xia Hua, a leading figure in China's garment industry, is a representative personage of Chinese women entrepreneurs. She is now the CEO of Eve, the council member of China Entrepreneur Club, the vice president of Zhisland.com, a co-founder of Taijizen, and the vice-chairwoman of China National Garment Association. She has been consistently committed to top-level garments, fully devoted to the latest fashions, and constantly engaged in bringing China's national brands and traditional craftsmanship to the international arena.
Ms. Xia Hua has built five independent brands in the following two decades: EVE DE UOMO, NOTTING HILL, Kevin Kelly, JAQUES PRITT, and EVE DE CINA. She has imbued fashions with Chinese life philosophy and cultural connotation. Ms. Xia Hua keeps integrating the traditional garment industry and forging a linker to the top garment enterprises to usher China's fashion attitude into the world and lead Chinese enterprises into the global arena.
Ms. Xia Hua serves as Standing Director of the China Clothing Culture Committee, committee member of All-China Youth Federation, Managing Director of China University of Political Science and Law, and Vice Chairman of the Strategy Committee, Society of Entrepreneurs & Ecology (SEE). Mr. Xia was also named one of the ‘Top 25 Chinese Nationals in Global Fashion Industry 2011’ by Forbes, ‘Chinese Businesswoman of the Year’, and one of the ‘Most Influential Entrepreneurs’.
